Cheryl has worked for some of the world's biggest accountancy firms but made the big break from the corporate world to devote her skills to smaller enterprises where she enjoys a more personal contact with customers.

Based in Southport, Merseyside, Cheryl brings her friendly expertise to customers across Merseyside and Lancashire. Her clients range from sole traders to medium-sized businesses, who all value her calm personality, whether confronting a chaotic pile of receipts or tactfully chasing up late payments.

Cheryl is an MBA with more than 20 years' experience in her field, from working as a bilingual PA at board level in the entertainment business to finance manager at one of the UK's Big 4 accounting firms, KPMG in London and Manchester.

She has a degree in French but is also fluent in Sage, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other key applications; she has also worked for merchant bank Henry Ansbacher, accountancy giant Coopers & Lybrand and in the public sector.

What are your fees?

Usually hourly, but I can also agree a fixed fee.

Do you make a mileage charge for in situ work?

No, nor is there any charge for delivering or collecting paperwork etc.

How wide an area do you cover?

Merseyside and Lancashire

Do you provide software training for sole traders and groups?

Yes—and it's cheaper and more tailored to specific needs

Do you provide cover operations when staff are on holiday/leave/sick?

Yes
